The Team Gym app supports a GNSW Participation Program. It is designed for all ages and abilities providing performance opportunities within a team environment for fun, fitness and friendship. All three apparatus (Acro Floor, Mini Tramp & Tumbling) are choreographed to Music. The Team Gym app enables users to digitally create and manage teams of gymnasts, create lessons and build routines using videos, images and text.
